At MOMMA, Inc., we believe that mental health cannot be separated from the whole of who you are. Our integrative psychiatry approach looks beyond symptoms, listening deeply to your story and honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

We begin by exploring the foundations of wellbeing—sleep, nutrition, movement, and the support of meaningful relationships. From there, we look for underlying factors that may be shaping your experience, such as neurodivergence, hormonal balance, or the need for restorative care through nutritional support or therapies like massage, physical therapy, or chiropractic care.

As part of your journey, we offer individual, couples, and group therapy to provide support in the way that fits your needs best. When necessary, we thoughtfully incorporate medication as one piece of the healing journey—supporting mood, restoring balance, and addressing physical health concerns with care and intention. Our goal is to walk with you toward wholeness, creating a path of healing that feels both grounded and compassionate.
